Years ago, Leo Dugger purchased a diving board for a pool he constructed in his backyard. Since then, his interest in the construction and enjoyment of swimming pools grew. During the summer of 1962, Leo and his business partner installed two swimming pools, and so Dugger Swimming Pools & Supplies Inc was founded. Soon, Leo's hard work and effort lead to new innovations and improvements in the swimming pool industry.

Our company is ranked as one of the oldest and largest pool contractors in the Greater St. Louis area. We have built over 2000 in-ground swimming pools till date. The pools we designed and constructed have been the subject of multiple articles and features in local newspapers and magazines.
